Orion Education & Training (formerly SCKESC) is one of seven service agencies in the state of Kansas. The purpose of these organizations is to furnish more efficient and/or economical services to maximize educational opportunities for Kansas students. Service centers also act as liaisons between local districts and the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE). 
 
The Orion Diploma Completion & Learning Center in Topeka provides support for local school districts through partnerships for Adult and Virtual learning opportunities to students needing their high school diploma. Onsite and online programs provide flexibility, certified teachers provide support, and community partnerships help identify and fill educational gaps. Enrollment is free and students can apply anytime through our online application found at orioneducation.org/diploma-completion
